The full frontal coverage is the most popular option for motorists that enjoy their cars as they were intended.
Why Choose Full Frontal and Sills Kits?
This package is the minimum we would suggest opting for to protect the most vulnerable areas that are prone to stone chipping and damage on your car. Lower levels of protection leave key areas of the car exposed to damage.

Why choose Full Car Paint Protection Film?
This kit includes the Front Bumper, Wings, Bonnet (Hood), Wing Mirrors, Headlights, Sills, Doors, Roof, Quarters, Boot/Engine cover and Rear Bumper. Essentially everything that is painted and/or carbon fibre, excluding the rear diffuser (this element can be added as a bolt-on, if painted or carbon fibre). This is the most common coverage option at Race Technik due to the consistency of finish (PPF is extremely glossy and UV protected, meaning that if you go for part coverage over time the painted areas will look dull compared to the film).

Why choose Bespoke Paint Protection Film?
This package is perfect for older cars, particularly those which are handmade, meaning no two are exactly the same. Most modern cars are symmetrical, meaning that we are able to design the PPF patterns for one side, and mirror them to the other. However, for some older cars, every panel is different, and the film needs to be designed from scratch. In fact, the tolerances we work with on these cars are so exact that when we work on a hand-built car (for example a Jaguar E-Type), we will save the PPF patterns to the chassis number of that car (should they ever need replaced).

What is Paint Protection Film (PPF)?
Consider paint protection film (PPF) to be a better version of a screen protector for your car. Paint protection film, sometimes known as a clear bra, not only protects but also heals. Is there a minor scratch on the film? It’s no problem. PPF can be healed with hot water, a heat gun, or simply sitting in the sun at temperatures exceeding 85 degrees Fahrenheit. Your lovely glossy finish will always be perfect and free of flaws.
Our PPF films and installation procedures have been designed to be nearly invisible; not only do they protect your car from chips, abrasions, and environmental conditions, but the design, fit, and appearance of our contemporary films really enhances the aesthetic of your automobile while safeguarding your investment.
Benefits of PPF
Protection
Our PPF protects your paintwork from chips, minor scuffs and scrapes, as well as environmental variables like insect spatter and flaws caused by inadequate washing practices.
Enhancement
Our PPF provides excellent optical clarity and is simple to care for. When properly cared for, it maintains a depth of shine that resembles freshly detailed paint for many years.
Self Healing
A self-healing layer is included in our PPF. Stone chips, scuffs, scratches, and swirls that do not penetrate this layer vanish when heated with hot tap water, the car’s engine, or even the sun.
Replacement
You won’t be off the road for long if a panel needs to be replaced. Unlike typical paint repairs, which can take days or even weeks, most panels can be changed in a matter of hours.
Time & Convenience
If a panel needs to be changed, it can be done quickly; most panels may be replaced in a matter of hours, whereas paint repairs can take days or weeks.
Cost
Because our PPF is custom-made to fit each panel, it may be replaced separately, requiring little or no panel stripping and no additional paint to integrate adjacent panels.

What PPF coverage to choose
PPF was traditionally put on wheel arches, the leading edge of the bonnet, and the car’s forward panels. Many customers nowadays want us to cover the entire car. Because of the high quality of current films and our design and installation methods, it makes sense to protect the entire vehicle.
Stone chips, car park nudges and chipping, and everyday scratches can all be prevented using paint protection film.
We can cover ANY painted, carbon fiber, or smooth polished surface of the automobile, including inside trimmings, with our bespoke designs. We offer a variety of alternatives for each portion of the automobile, including thicker film for low-impact areas like bumpers and sills and clearer film for large, flat panels like bonnets and tops. To cover pricey matte paints and carbon fibre paints, we provide matte and classic high-gloss alternatives for all of our films.
Where the Damage Occurs:
High impact areas (bumpers, bonnet, front wings, wing mirrors, lower doors, wheel arches, sills, headlamps, lower doors, wing mirrors).
Medium impact areas (rear wings, upper doors).
Low impact areas (boot lid, engine cover).
What makes us different
All of our paint protection film packages are created in-house and are not based on the patterns of film manufacturers. As a result, our strict criteria are met, resulting in optimal protection.
- Whether it’s a new or used car, a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle’s condition is performed as it reaches on site.
- Before the film application, the car’s paint is evaluated again using a sun gun to highlight any faults, swirls, or holograms, and buyers are given optional paint treatment if necessary.
- Each new model is given a patterned panel, which is then digitized and placed into our CAD application for design work.
- After the design is complete, we move on to the test fit; if any revisions are needed, a new test panel is created and installed until the fit fits our exact specifications.
- We can now complete the installation of our PPF.
- Finally, the car goes through the first of three Quality Control steps before being cleaned and returned to its owner.
Warranty
All of our Paint Protection Film that has been fitted comes with a 5-year warranty, the longest and most comprehensive warranty of its type. We guarantee your film against yellowing, crackling, and lifting, and will replace any section of film that fails to satisfy these standards throughout the warranty period (from date of purchase). Naturally, the warranty does not cover damage to PPF caused by accidents, collisions, intentional misuse, normal wear, or damage caused by materials or cleansers that are not intended for use on PPF.
In addition to the guarantee, we offer comprehensive After Care assistance and paperwork to ensure that the car looks fantastic for many years to come. Please contact us for more information, warranty exclusions, full Terms & Conditions, or After Care information.
After care and maintenance
After we have covered your car, you can relax knowing that preserving the glossy appearance of the PPF is still extremely straightforward. We give After Care instructions with your warranty documentation, but there are a few crucial elements to remember.
- Because the installation of the film is a wet operation, we recommend against washing the car for the first 7 days following. During this time, the moisture between the film and the paint is still evaporating, and shampoos can impact this as well as the adhesive characteristics around the margins of each panel.
- Once the film has cured, wash the car as usual (using a twin bucket method and a lambswool wash mitt if possible); if using a pressure washer, keep the spray lance at least 1 meter away from the film’s surface, especially the edges, as the pressure may lift the film’s edge; we recommend a PH neutral shampoo and car care products such as Gtechnic.
- If you receive bug splatter or bird dropping, remove it as quickly as possible as if it were naked paint; while the PPF provides protection, the top layer has a similar make-up as your car’s lacquer and will be marked by acids etching into it.
- If you want to clean or wax your car, you can continue to do so on PPF-coated panels, but you’ll have to choose your materials more carefully. Polishes that are resin-based, solvent-based, or abrasive can damage the film’s self-healing characteristics and should be avoided. A good quality natural wax can be used, and if you’re hesitant, our team can recommend particular items.
- Surface scratches and swirl marks in the film will heal over time; if you need to speed up the process, apply warm water (not boiling) over the affected region; this will help the film’s top layer morph back into its original state.
